Tired of the hassle of adding printers? Going to meetings in other buildings and not able to print? Thanks to our new Mobile Device Management system we’ve been able to automate the process for you.
Say you’re a teacher located in the high school, you should notice that it automatically adds all of the printers in the building. One day you have a meeting at the middle school.
When you get to the middle school your computer automatically checks in with our management within 5 minutes of being online. Once your device checks in, our management will know that you’re currently at the middle school. When it sees you’re at the middle school and it knows it hasn’t given you the printers before it will automatically load them on your device. This means except for rare instances you shouldn’t need to add printers manually again.
