Adding images to questions and answers in Google Forms

Mid- August 2016, Google added the ability for users to add images to questions, or images as multiple choice or checkbox options in Forms.

To insert images as answers for multiple choice or checkbox options:

1.  In Drive go to New - Form

2. Choose either Multiple Choice or Checkbox for the question type

3.  To the right of the first option for an answer you will see the image icon, click on it

4.  Browse to where your image is stored and choose it (either upload or click on it if it is within an album, phone, etc) and then click on Select  OR if you chose Upload, upload the image, click on it and then click on Add Selected once it is highlighted

5.  The image will now appear as an answer to the question.  Repeat for each image you need to bring in as another answer for that question.

To insert images as part of the question:

1. Open the form you wish to have the question in

2. Enter the question text in the Question field, move your mouse to the right of the Question field and you will see an image icon appear, click on it

3.  Browse to where your image is stored and choose it (either upload or click on it if it is within an album, phone, etc) and then click on Select  OR if you chose Upload, upload the image, click on it and then click on Add Selected once it is highlighted

4.  You can resize the image by clicking on it and then pushing a corner in or out by holding your mouse down on a box in a corner

5.  Add some answers to your question and you are ready to go!
