We are pleased to announce we are moving to Infinite Campus for our alert system. We will begin using the system district wide by the end of November, 2015. Attendance calls will begin with the new system on October 26, 2015. The new system will allow for more flexibility in the type of messages you receive and how. Parents/guardians will now also only have one location to log into and maintain rather than two.
At this time, you are able to log into your Infinite Campus Portal to select what types of messages you wish to receive for each phone number/email address in your household. Instructions to do so are below. Please note: only parent/guardian information is available for selection.
Emergency - this will be used for immediate contact with the parents/guardians at schools for extreme extenuating circumstances. Please leave all your methods of contact selected for this option.
Attendance - this will be used to alert parents/guardians of their child’s absence at the school.
Behavior - is not used at this time.
General Notification - this will be used for school newsletters, individual school announcements, and general district wide announcements.
Priority Notification - this will be used for school closings, early release or late arrival notices due to weather and other unexpected issues (power outages, etc).
Teacher - this is used by teachers for notification of grades, missing assignments, and other classroom announcements. This method is email only.
Instructions for setting up your Contact Preferences:
- Log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal using your current username and password. If you do not have an account at this time, please contact your child’s school for an activation code.If you have forgotten your password, please submit a ticket at techhelp.bonnyeagle.org.
- Under User Account click on Contact Preferences
- The household phone numbers and email addresses will be listed with check boxes for each type of message. For each type of message (refer to the above for how types will be used) select how you prefer to receive that message. You may select more than one device for each type of message. To change a phone number or email address that is incorrect, please update your Household Information or Family Members page. Changes submitted will be made by the Registrar once received.
Please note: For text messaging, message and data rates may apply. Charges will depend on your service plan which could include fees for sending and receiving messages.
4. Once you have made your selections click on Save
